About Silkan

Hi, I'm Hind Silkan, and this is my garden.

Not a perfect one. Not a curated one. But a real one, full of things that grew back after I burned everything down.

Silkan is a space built on three pillars: Faith, neurodivergence, and clean living. I created this corner of the internet for people who are done with the noise — the spiritual trends, the toxic wellness culture, and the pressure to be someone you were never meant to be.

I write honestly about my journey navigating life as a neurodivergent Muslim woman, unpacking the harms of the New Age movement, and finding clarity in simplicity and faith.

Here, you'll find:
- A journal where I don't hold back
- Honest reflections on healing, identity, and spirituality
- Guidance for those ready to walk a different path
- 1-on-1 sessions for those who need a real conversation

This is not a wellness brand. This is not a self-help platform. This is a witness, to what happens when you choose truth over trend.

If you found your way here, you probably needed to.

Welcome to my  garden.
